https://sports.mynorthwest.com/8418...ke-for-seahawks-targets-clowney-and-griffen/? You believe Fowler is in the know or just conjecture at this point?
I just read on over the cap.com that Dallas only has $5.5 million left in cap room. It doesn't count Travis Frederick post Jun.1 cut. But that is not promising. Oh well. From what I read I would say in the know. However, Dallas having interest isn't saying much, considering they need a DE and George Edwards is in the house.
I must say, DAL should be more attractive if the money is equal.
Cowboys have around $14M in cap space left and that's more than enough to get something done with Griffen around say $7M.
Yeah Travis and a Dak extension would free up enough, not to mention a pay cut for Crawford. Even though I heard his deal can’t be restructured as this is his last year under contract. Not sure of the validity but thought I’d include.I just read on over the cap.com that Dallas only has $5.5 million left in cap room. It doesn't count Travis Frederick post Jun.1 cut. If that's the case FA is over for the Cowboys.I just read on over the cap.com that Dallas only has $5.5 million left in cap room. It doesn't count Travis Frederick post Jun.1 cut. But that is not promising. Oh well.

Yeah that number is way off. There are so many things the Cowboys could do if they needed room. There is plenty of room available if the Cowboys wanted to sign Griffen.I just read on over the cap.com that Dallas only has $5.5 million left in cap room. Who would you rather have at RDE more than Griffen, that's on the roster?DL has already been addressed in FA and the draft.
Neither of these guys are going to be worth the effort as 1 year deal guys.
Dallas has to see what they have in whom they have Trystan Hill has to get developed and we drafted guys in the DL and resigning Woods will help.
If we are going to shore up anything, a LBer seems primary. Lee is game to game and Wolf Hunter we have not a clue. We need a LBer who can cover TEs and backs out of the backfield.
We will lose some games because good teams will just attack the LBers as they and the safeties were below average. That will happen again.
If some cut comes our way, we need to jump on it at LBer.
Just my call to arms.
Right but Crawford can play several different positions along the DLYoure right.
But cutting Crawford would net like 9 mil. Give that money to Griffen instead.

The Joneses value the idea of being below average in a versatile type of way.
Was surprised to hear him talked about on Seattle sports radio yesterday. Thought he retired.Benson Mayowa is still playing? wow.
