He looks lackadaisical and frankly he’s just not making enough plays anymore. I don’t want to hear injury excuses 100% of players are dealing with something. He doesn’t have the same burst, power, intensity. Thoughts on his regression?

Other teams are running on us keeping him on the field. We need to play more base defense and zone. You can’t pass rush every play. He was sucking air on the sidelines.

I mentioned this in a thread a couple weeks ago. Whenever the camera shows him on the sidelines he's always pouting or seems pissed about something. I felt like our D had an identity when Parsons was leading but this team, especially the D, is lost now...

Seems like he’s only concerned with getting sacks, and getting DPOTY. Have to put the team first IMO.

He’s clearly fallen off from where he was the first half of the season. He’s not making nearly the plays he was, and has basically disappeared. I think it’s a combination of him being worn down and teams figuring out how to reduce his effectiveness. There’s a lot of tape on him with opponents game planning him every week.

He's 250 pounds banging against 320 pound guys too often. That takes a toll over the course of a season.

He is not a full-time DE, the guy is 240 pounds, it is crazy for them to think he is going to hold up having 320 pound linemen leaning on him in the run game all day.

Teams are doubling him on most passing plays as well.

Exposed without LVE out there.

If they want him to be an edge player full time I think he can do it. Just needs to prepare for more of an edge role and build up accordingly. He has the talent and athletic ability.

Jason Taylor played closer to 235lb at times in Miami and was listed at 244
