Seems to me that allowing Fabini to leave and then signing Kosier might be an indication that we were trying to fill the right tackle position first, and Kosier was one of our choices there.

You may be right and word is that Fabini failed his physical with the Jets before cut and then possibly with us but that may be a rumor.

We're working on two Linebackers, Fujita and Adele, and we have a scheduled Kicker visit...it's only the first day, but this guy was obviously a guy we were intent on having...be happy.

I know we only about 20 hours into FA but today has certainly been a disappointment.

Hoped Cowboys would focus first on PK cause there so few really good ones available. Well both Longwell and Bryant off the board and we left with Vinatiere & Vanderjagt. I'd love Vinatiere but Jones supposed doesn't want to pay that much. Don't want Vanderjagt cause he can't kick off & we'd have to use another position and money to sign a guy just to do that. Better add that money on to Vinaterie and get the deal done. Understand he's do in tomorrow but with our luck he probably stops off somewhere else and they sign him.

Am glad we at least signed Kosier who Scouts Inc ranked #4 at OG; Neal was ranked at #12. I just like to know if Kosier is indeed Allen's successor or if he's going to play at RT. With what we paying him, he certainly will be a starter.

Will check back in at midnite in hopes we sign 1 more FA at need position but not sure Oyendale (sp?) is that guy; info seems indicate he backup like Fujita.

Look, with Gurode and Kosier, at least our OL is STARTING to make some headway.

There's a lot of work to do, but there are many teams out there who haven't signed anyone today.

JJ and S. Jones have already said they are going to spend money to get the job done.

We've got to exercise a bit of patience here.

Gurode would not have resigned without being told he has a chance at starting somewhere on that line

Dallas isn't mentioned anywhere for setting up meetings.. been very few offical words on anything. Every other team seems to publize just about every move.. and are scheduling meetings left and right.. and we are sitting here with a 7th round pick.. and lost out on 2 Kickers. ... Seems we aren't doing much, other than waiting on TO to be released.

I think Bill and Jerry are both types that like to keep their business to themselves. (As long as it's benifical for them) I know it's frustrating for us, but I think they know what they are doing. At least I hope they do. Trust in Bill.

You don't build your team through FA -- don't you all realize now? For cripe's sake, teams do a good job today keeping their own FA. You try to fill your needs in FA and build your foundation through this thing held in April called The NFL Draft.
