Born and raised in Humble TX. Former Cowboy & Aggie. Ties to Bill Parcells and Sean Payton. Doing it with mirrors in Detroit. Let him pick his OC and ST coaches.
I like Glenn. I just don't think he'd mesh well with Jerry. Jerry won't give him full control.

Wouldn’t be upset with the pick…I’m just not sure who the good available OC’s are to run this offense. And I don’t see Jerry hiring a young up and comer for the role so will likely be another old retread. Brining the offense out of the 1990’s style we’ve been running should be the #1 priority, which is why I want an offensive head coach

I don’t think Jerry would do it, even if Mike doesn’t come back which to me is inevitable but I differ than same that I do think Glenn would have interest

That is the problem. He is a Parcells disciple and he would not honor the Man that dishonored his mentor. That is why Peyton and Campbell were never going to Jerry World.

Does Mike want to be here? Also if this was the case why keep him as a lame duck coach for a year?
This. If the Bears job is still available after the 14th I bet MM takes that. Younger QB, nice set of WR's and a fresh start.

John Glenn, in his current condition, would do better than what we have now...especially at GM.

I'm not gonna pick any one of you guys out,

but I'm really tired of hearing how you believe you know exactly what these candidates might have all these assistant would be first time head coaches that you are inside their minds and you think that they wouldn't take this job as if it's rock solid concrete knowledge, hmmm.

do you guys have like a red phone access, have you talked to these guys?? you have not you haven't even talked to Jerry about how he feels about this this is all more rhetoric hyperbole and for those and you know who you are that say that Jerry doesn't exclusively allow them to pick their assistants, he does allow them to pick their assistants, Mike Nolan was 100% the wrong choice and that was Mike McCarthy's pick in that case Jerry Jones turned around and hired Dan Quinn which one was better Jerrys hire or Mike's hire??

same thing with some of these draft picks Jerry's allowed his assistance to or his head coach to have a sage who gets drafted who's not and typically you allow your head coach or your assistant to have too much control you get guys like Taco I guarantee Jerry didn't have him on his board before somebody put him there and tried to rally and pull for him to be drafted Jerry didn't do this on his own Jerry does things like any other corporation he allows input if you guys don't know this then you haven't really been paying attention.

Mike McCarthy said just two weeks ago he was doing an interview,
he had more input here than he ever had at any time in Green Bay with the roster and what not he literally said that without being prompted... Everybody thinks that Jerry put in Ezekiel Elliott or Jerry didn't use some of these players over some other players no that was Mike McCarthy y'all trying to let this guy off the hook but sometimes you can't allow full control to your head coaches or your assistant coaches for this very reason you get guys like Mike Nolan and Taco on your team guys like hill...

In my opinion Jerry Jones does allow enough latitude but at some point he takes control but in no way shape or form did K.Moore get forced upon Mike McCarthy it's already been said but if that was the case maybe they should have kept Kellen Moore because I don't like Mike McCarthy the OC and maybe we were better off keeping Moore...

I mean seriously sometimes common sense comes into play if Kellen Moore and Dan Quinn were forced upon Mike McCarthy versus Nolan and Mike I'm pretty sure I'm taking Jerry's picks...

Assuming you have me on iggy, so not expecting a reply, however, here I go:

We have 30 years of a body of evidence to know/see what control Jerry has over every decision ever made with this team. Indeed, he just came out 2 days ago saying this is his occupation, lol. Who did MM say he was doing an interview with? Outside of the end of year thing with Jerry, he cannot interivew with any other team. Your opinion of Jerry allowing latitude is the same as ours being he does not....there is no common sense when it comes to being a fan or personnnel of this team and you know it
