What about Gurode?

I've said it quite a few times on this forum...Gurode can play. Just not @ center. Guard requires ALOT less thinking, recognition, etc. than center. He was very good this year @ guard when Rivera was out those two games. At least he can play center IN A PINCH...I didn't say play it well, but it's not like our tackles could step in and call defenses. Gurode is not a brainiac, but speaks FAR better than our back-up / starter tackle (Tucker). That poor guy is apparently just a notch above ******** (and I'm not trying to be funny or make fun of the mentally handicapped). Thank God TUcker has football, otherwise he would be washing cars somewhere. Keep Gurode. I doubt he'll have many teams beating down his door anyway...but I've been wrong about that before

I honestly believe alot of the guys here suck up to his Dad...to each his own. I like Petitie's story (late round pick, etc.) but he played BAD this season...Gurode played well....at guard, not center. Look at the games Nors, there's no denying it. I would hardly call him a BUST. Just not a deity that some think a 2nd round pick should be.
