What About Top 10 WR?

I'm going to assume any Skins fan would put Moss top 10.

I want to know where - because I'd put him there too.

The fact is, though - Moss has had two fantastic years that sandwich one mediocre one. I'd draw the comparison to our own terrence Newman.

So if Moss is a top 10 - and I'm guessing Skins fans might even have him top 5 - then I never want to hear 2004 used as a slight against Newman, ever again. He is a top 5 CB - period.:)

Thats why none of them will post there list, because they know as well as anyone they will place him higher than he deserves to be, so they will not make the list at fear of being ridiculed

That's pure yellow streak up the back there amigo.

Give me your top 10 list then let's discuss the guys who are lesser WRs than Santana.

Show some sack or cut the flack.

Its obvious Riggo is not here to participate or bring any value to the forum, he would rather just come into threads and try to cause problems. His refusal to particpate in this thread with anything more than trolling BS is clear proof of that

You are correct , my mistake .
Moss played 5 years not 6 and he has averaged 780 yards a year ...
Still not top ten stats...
Games played and started in my opinion are equated into a player being a top ten player or not and if you would want to get into that than Terry Glenn is a top 5 player....

its an inaccuate representation of who he is now. the fact is, over the past 3 years- starter or not- he has averaged 14 games, over 1,000 yds receiving and 8 TD's.

are you going to tell us why andre johnson is on your list. i'm assuming youre aware of his career averages.

Where would you Skins fans put L.Coles on that list and where would you have put him on that same list last year?

They should feel free to - never be shy about sharing an opinion.

But that would hurt their ability to come shout everyone down as a homer. If they actually made a list and proved they were the homers.

Good question,
Johnson dose not and has not have the coaching, OLine and running back that Moss had last year...
I realize another poster stated that last year was not Moss best year but I think it was....

sorry. big d trying to 'show sack' by tossing around insults won't get him what he wants. you dont insult someone like me -whose been here long enough for regular posters to know i'm not trolling- and then demand things and expect those demands to be met. if he wants a *****, he can look elsewhere.

3. Randy Moss
4. Chad Johnson
5. Steve Smith
6. Larry Fitzgerald
7. Marvin Harrison
8. Santana Moss
9. Anquan Boldin
10. Chris Chambers

Umm I didn't insult you at all, The only way you could have taken my post is an insult is if you think you are a troll, since my post was not directed at you or anyone in particular. So where exacly did I insult YOU?

and where was a demand? I said I was waiting for one of you to post a list thats not a demand that is a comment.

Face facts man the only reason you felt that post was directed to you is because you KNOW you are trolling, and the reason you wont make a list is because you know you cant be objective. You would rather sit here and troll than actually participate or bring any value to the forum. Your actions have shown this to be true.

he averages about 800 yards receiving and 4 TD's. last year, since we are talking about current top 10 WR's, he had a whopping 2 TD's, 688 yds, and averaged 10.9 yds per catch.

this goes against your original argument against moss, as those are anywhere near top WR numbers.

if you keep saying 'youre trolling', it doesnt make it any more true. i've earned my place around here. i dont need your approval.

OK , I can admit when I may be wrong I will replace Johnson with Reggie Wayne

My point - since I know you're all DYING to know....:)

These lists are subjective. Some people can take their homer glasses off and make one, some can't. Take Newman for example - riggo, do you think I could go to a Skins board right now, post a Top 10 CB thread, and get a single person to put Newman top 10? Even though he was THE BEST cb in the league last year, and one of the best three years ago - noone would list him, although I'm sure Shaun Springs would get PLENTY of pub.

What reason would they list? What reason could they possibly list? He was phenomenal! They would cite 04, and you know it. One mediocre season, on an awful team, invalidates two years of amazing work in the eyes of opposing fans - alot of the time. And so they would choose their guy (even though Springs is not as good as Newman) rather than list the rival's player.

If you were looking for a fair trial, I don't think you're gonna get it.

Although I doubt anyone could find much fault with my list.

Notice you ignored everything in my post. Show me EXACTLY where I insulted YOU.

Show me EXACTLY where I demanded anything.

Making things up does not make you look like less of a troll.

As for earning your place, my *** a vast majority would rather you be gone I am sure.

I would definitely say that Santana Moss has a phenominal year in Washington. And he accomplished what he did essentially single-handedly. The one critique I would make is his history of injury. If he stays healthy this year and puts up similar numbers than he unequivocally makes the list - Commander or not. But until then I would have to be concerned about him getting hurt again.

Nice, now are you ready to admit I did not insult you at all when you accused me of it, and I never demanded anything? Or are you going to stick to the made up stories? Also Moss above Holt and R Moss? no way
