Some of you so called fans should be ashamed of yourselves. Not all, but some. What a joke. Moaning and pouting and crying because the Cowboys were playing poorly. Heaven forbid. It was the 3rd quarter and I was reading that we need a new QB, new OL, better LB's, new DL, new Head Coach and new Offensive Coordinator. It's too long of a season to not expect the Cowboys to play poorly for a period of time. I understand that this is a message board and a place to air your thoughts, but get a grip. Some so called fans were like, "I'm turning the TV off" or "I'm going to bed, I can't watch this anymore". Just unbelievable. I hope the fans who said this, and I use the term "fans" lightly, had the guts to do it, so you missed a great finish.

I've never turned a Cowboy game off before it was over. Never. 1-15 in 1989. Bears destroying us in the mid-80's. I would've missed some great comebacks back in the late 70's and early 80's if I did turn the TV off.

Those so called fans are spoiled babies. I'll give you all a pass if you're in elementary school or middle school, but that's it. I understand you're frustrated, but chill. I never threw in the towel last night, never do. I'm always like, if we can hold them here and then score then hold them again or get an onside kick or cause a turnover and score we can win this.

That all being said, we lost the battle of the trenches pretty bad and didn't play well at all. But I understand that it's going to happen quite a bit during a long season and not to go crazy about it. We'll bounce back. I think the bye had something to do with it. BP said we looked flat in some practices last week and it carried over to the game. Plus, give the Eagles credit. They came out and played a great game.

Go Cowboys!

In other words, no one should have an opinion or state it.

Sounds boring.

I hate these posts.

So what. So some people were moaning and groaning. So you take issue with that?

Get a life.

That is why I don't come to this site during a game. The game is not over until the final whistle blows and to sit here and live and die by every single play is too much to handle.

Good post! I know some people feel better by being able to share their thoughts and feelings as the game is happening. I would rather enjoy the game -- good or bad -- and share any thoughts once the final whistle has blown. It's much easier to write without being emotional.

I must admit, I had given up on the game, but I NEVER turn off the TV. For a different reason, I feel the best way for me to enjoy games like this and truly feel vindicated, I must endure the losing. Not reading or hearing about it the next day, but see the jubilation in the other team, feel there happiness in my heartbreak.

So for me, although I did give up and thought that this was a loss (due to the team not playing up to potential, come on, Bill's mind probably wasn't in it) but I never once turn the channel.

Not so much because I might miss something, but more so that I can truly enjoy the moment when we are on top, or we win games like this.

Go Boys!

I'm not saying anything bad about those who do I just could not sit in front of a PC during the game like that. I guess each to their own.

Hey, you know what, these guys get paid millions to play a sport. There was more emotion on this board yesterday than I saw from the Cowboys team last night. That performance was inexcusable for a professional football team.

Us fans deserve better than that!!!!!

I stay away from this place during games - the so called fans actually want something to whine about. Someone to backstab.

The TEAM won today.

With the performance last night, I wouldn't blame anybody for turning it off.

It was a terrible performance last night and to say that you "knew we'd win" or anything remotely like that is a lie.

Did you watch the game. It was FLAT in all phases. Flat from Madden comments to Punts and kick offs. I don't no about calling for all new personnel but it was defintely a challenge to watch a 3 in-out played game. A better word might be Expectations. I would expect the Boys to Be up to playing on Monday at Philly. What do you think this forum would look like if we lost 20-7. (ugly) Lady luck showed up and saved the Day and maybe the season, this was hughe win for us in more ways than one.

It was a terrible preformance for about 35 minutes. We finally came to play the last 5 minutes but that's all we needed. That's about all Seattle needed. I'm glad we won it but I don't blame anyone for their comments. They are pretty positive now. We definatly have line problems to shore up.

Yes we won we where gift wrapped the game and got lucky. Yet the Cowboys still have major issues that will haunt them in the playoffs.

The oline is still an issue we allow to much penetration on running plays heck we had 3 TE in and could not run because someone lways got through the line. Both young tackles allowed guys to get inside moves on them in the running plays; the center AL tends to get pushed back.

This was a statement game for a so called playoff team and they did not play like one with a rookie center from the pratice squad and they manhandled the dline all night. Did we get lucky yep did we get the W yes which was the most important thing we escaped with the w but that does not make the concerns just disappear because we got that W.

It was torcher but you have to deal with the agony to fully appreciate the ecstacy. The only thing I did out of character was turn the TV on mute during the last 5 minutes. I'm sitting there dying and all Al & John could talk about was TO. My stomach couldn't take it :puke: . But woe unto them who count us out and trash us before (and even after) the final whistle. The best feeling in the world is the joy you feel after an inprobable win!!!

I don't concern myself with the fence straddlers. As Roy said, me and the Cowboys are a family. I've always got their back (as a fan) :dance3:

I also wonder how much of an effect an emotionally drained Bill Parcells had on our lack of fire. Parcells (justifiably) looked like a walking zombie on the sideline. If he hadn't had to deal with the personal issues, I wonder if he would have fired them up a bit.
