I don't expect this team to show up because I think they quit on the season.

If they do show up though I say we'll lose a close one. But we'll come away feeling like we should've won but did just enough dumb stuff to lose the game.

I disagree.

I haven't seen anything the last 2 weeks that tells me the team has already quit.

I predicted that they would be in the Playoff Hunt throughout the Season and I still believe they will.

I thought we would beat the Giants and possibly the Chargers. We dont match up well against the Saints at all. I just dont see us score for score keeping up with the Saints. We have little to no hope at this game. We need some sort of devine intervention to pull this off.

I felt like when Demarcus got hurt and they gave up the 3rd and long is when I saw them fold yesterday.

Up until that point we hadn't given up a legit Touchdown to the Chargers.

This team will lay down at some point. Just like The 06 year and the 08 year.

We lost all confidence yesterday.

Brees ties NFL record with 7 TD passes in game, 5 of which come in first half.

Prior to Ware getting hurt I'd have given us no better than about a 25% chance to win this game.

Without Ware I'll move that to about -25% chance.

We're doomed in this game and there is nothing that can be done about it.

That play may have deflated the team a bit in that game but I have not seen any evidence that the team has mailed in the Season.

I don't think the team has quit yet. Chargers have scored at least 21 points the past 18 games. We only gave up 20 yesterday. It's that genius OC who once again came up small.

Yes defense could have done better but giving up only 20 points to a potent offense like SD is nothing to be ashame of.

lol our players failed just as much if not more than Garrett yesterday.

No way on earth should MB3 get stuffed 4 times on the 1 yard line. Im sorry but that is not Garretts fault.

And Nick Folk hasn't helped us out any either.

There isn't a coach out there that could save us from these things. Its on the players.

With that said Garrett needs to go. His idea of wanting to be predictable is good and all but at some point you have to throw in the curve ball. You can't keep throwing the fast ball.

Norv put on a clinic yesterday and showed Daniel Son how Miagi does things.

I wish we would've hired Norv. Hes been a great coach all along but he just took dead end jobs.

We are going to beat the Saints badly. And after the game... there will be confusion as to how good our team really is.

There's always a chance.

This would be the best opportunity to unleash hell, or cupcakes in Wade's case, on the Saints. They've got nothing to lose.

I don't think we've got a shot, by any means, but I simply don't agree with the idea that this team has quit.

I'm also starting to really question rather or not some people around here actually know when garbage time really is.

If the Raiders had scored yesterday with over a minute left in their game that is garbage time because they would still have had ZERO shot to win.

Pulling the game to within in 3, with a shot to get an onside and win the game, is not a garbage time TD.

That fact, along with the fact that football is, was, and always will be a team game are a couple of very simple fundamentals about football that maybe, just maybe, a few on here will someday learn.

Every time we have a big game the "homers" come out despite the evidence. We are 1-5 against teams that have winning records. Now I can't tell you who is going to screw up to lose the game for us this time, but I can GUARANTEE it WILL happen. There are more than enough suspects; Our OC making bonehead calls again, Newman giving up big passes, the offensive line with poor blocking or penalties - usually both, Folk or whoever is kicking missing "gimme" field goals, Barber fumbling, Felix fumbling, Romo overdue for an interception - if he ever throws a pass longer than 10 yards, special teams giving up a punt return for a touchdown, pass interference on a safety...The team is poorly coached with no heart.

Sad! Those of you with your heads firmly in sand can remove them now. Those of you with your head in the clouds can come back to earth!

The Cowboys are done for this year. I think they will lose the remaining games and it's not going to be fun to watch. The Boys psyche is blown now and the loathing and self-doubt has begun to creep in. There will now come knashing of teeth and pointing fingers to protect jobs for next year under a new coaching regime. People keep pointing to our great talent but this team is a "paper tiger" through and through. They have no heart and soul for the fight and they fold up their tents at the first sight of struggle. They are the epitome of their "Head Coach": Soft, Dumb, Clueless, Living in La..La Land.

I'm beginning to believe that the few good football players we do have on this team are beginning to decline due to age and lost opportunities. I think we now have to decline to the level of Cleveland & Detroit and build the next generation. Too bad our GM doesn't know how to pick coaches....

Looks bleak for the future, guys!!!!

For the first time this year, I don't think the Cowboys will win the game.

Brees will roast our unprepared team and that is what it boils down too on the Defensive side of the ball. The Chargers had tons of plays where the receiver was wide open. I can't imagine what Brees is going to do to us.

If they let Romo open it up we have a chance to score with them but if we keep this running mindset and short throwing mindset we will get waxed!
