For the simple fact that all Saint road games gives them problems, and they struggle on the road, I would give Dallas a 50% in Dallas.
Since this game is not in Dallas, and the Saints play solid, smart football in the Dome, I give Dallas 0% chance of winning this game.
Payton knows this Cowboy team and it's tendencies and his gameplan will shut us down. Shockey will have a career day, and will then rub our faces in it.
