There is definitely something missing it appears.
They do look soft. Seem to lack any nasty edge or physical mentality compared to past o-lines.

Whether this is on personnel or coaching or both is a very valid concern that could possibly de-rail the season if not fixed in time imo.

Hmmm…. Maybe because they’re actual coaches, who are actually coaching and understand that you don’t try to force a young player into learning a position he’s never played before before he’s ready. In other words, coaching is best done through patience and not a childish need for instant gratification!
