BREAKING NEWS: UHHHHH WE DON'T DRAFT FOR NEED! We're the only team in the league who doesn't have a need in the draft lol

A difference maker at RB. Pollard just proved that he's not an every down back. He can't carry the load especially for the entire season.
Best season for Dak was when he had a GREAT running game.
This offense with ball controlled running under Cooper Rush was 4-1 so back to power running mixed with Dak will work.

Our coaches got stupid and forgotten the winning formula. Even when we are behind we needed to keep running the ball.

How would anyone know that with him splitting carries with ZEKE he's fine

1. DT - Still the soft spot in the defense.
2. LB - If Micah is going to be playing DE most of the time, we need to help out LVE.
2. WR - Gallup might never return to form and clearly Noah Brown and jalen Tolbert arent the answer. We need more speed outside to stretch the field.
3. CB - Need to replace anthony brown
4. TE - need to repalce schultz
5. RB - Need insurance against Pollard leaving or not returning to form after breaking his leg , and I doubt Zeke is coming back without accepting a huge paycut.

Like every team in the NFL, offensive playmakers. We have one, maybe two that are consistent. How anyone thinks we should win post season games with these scraps is beyond me, there's a disconnection.

There was a stretch of games when Pollard was taking majority of carries due to Zeke's injury and he admitted that he was "spent". That was only a few games let alone a full 18 game season. You also want Pollard to be effective which mean "fresh legs".

We need an "every down back" ideally in addition to Pollard. Stop thinking every 4th round picks will be like Pollard. Put some resource and get a GOOD RB. Dak will do well when this is a RUN FIRST team.

That's fantastic. Can you point to another 12 or more win season the Cowboys were worse? There were multiple 11-5 teams better than these Cowboys.
1968 1969 1970. Off of the top of my head. This years team was very good. Very close to advancing on the road after a short week and traveling from coast to coast

Ok, you're going before my time. I have no way of defending those teams. But don't add 1970. Even though I did not watch that team, they were in the SB. End of story. But you have to go pretty far back to find a weaker 12 win Cowboys team.

The 1970 team got absolutely destroyed by the Cardinals and the Vikings. This years team was not weak at all.

QB and then a strong fight of priority importance and positional circumstances with OT, 1tech DT, WR, CB, LB, kicker.

Each position listed after QB has its merits for dicussion and boils down to how much one is more needed or more important than the other in helping team success.
Prioritizing the rounds with how these needs' impact team performance is the fine print drafting expertise that they pay de facto GM McClay the big bucks to figure out.

So we are stuck with both Dak and Zeke. Dak for 2 and Zeke for one more year. Continue to build the Oline and Dline. What are the most important positions to add to this team?
QB,dline,oline,wr,lb,cb,k...in that order

OL and DL always starts and ends there. Always has and always will. The 90’s team was all about the OL. I do not think Troy and Emmitt would be who they were without that OL.

I didn't say NO team would want him. I said THEY wouldn't want him.
Not everyone wanted Bradford or Wentz. I wish we could fine a team stupid, I mean, desperate enough to take Dak off our hands. But Tennessee has Malik Willis and Miami has given up too many picks and doesn't have a number 1 in the upcoming draft.
Now if you're talking about a team giving up a 5th round pick for Dak, all bets are off.
But a first?
From Tennessee or Miami?
I don't think so.
Indy. They fell for Wenz and Ryan. I'm sure they'll be interested.
