I would offer the Raiders a 6th for Woodson and play him at free safety.

Almost zero chance of this happening. Woodson has stated he wants to retire a Raider. And a sixth for him is still too much for his age.

If we continue to imporove it would be nice if we could make a Thomas Everett type acquisition.....like Woodson as someone metioned before.

The change that will make throughout the season is the o line learning to work together. And the d line for that matter.

Stay put . Let the young players blossom and learn. Go all in find some d front 7 help in next yrs draft and a FA or two. Sign Murray and dez to extensions along w ro . Work Lawrence into the mix when he returns and let's see where we are at with him . In other words keep building in a dull methodical fashion jerry . ... NO FLASH

It's been discussed before. I would wait a bit. Four games isn't enough to justify and extension. Let's see where we are at least by Thanksgiving, if not year end. It's not like other teams will be tearing down walls to hire Garrett.

4 games? Murray was among the best backs in the league last year with 1100 yards rushing and over 50 receptions. That was on a team that clearly did not commit enough to the run. He's established himself as one of the best and most complete backs in the game

Yes! Murray is one of the best backs in the game, which is exactly why we should sign Garrett! Um...

make sterling moore, scandrick and patmon the starting corners

make carr a free safety or promote heath and give him a fair chance.

i hate watching carr trying to cover big receivers ...he just can't do it.

sterling moore and scandrick can cover anybody...

carr does well against small receivers...but uh...you put him out against the likes of brandon, calvin, alshon, etc... and soon to be dre...forget about it.

Why do we need to made a bold move? Because Faulk thinks we should? That tells me we should NOT make a bold move or any move for that matter.

Let Dez walk.

Sorry, he's not worth $100 million or whatever kind of salary he would demand. Superstar WRs don't win Super Bowls for teams on their own. The only guy I can remember having that kind of impact was TO on the Eagles.

lol,I still say they should fire Garrett given they had to majorly decrease his role to achieve this success and how he has been clueless when it comes to managing close games when it comes to clock management the last few year. Color me still unimpressed while giving giving Linehan / Rod M all the credit.

1) I believe Faulk went to the same broadcasting school that Keyshawn went to. He is full of hateration and talks out of his backside hoping a team does what he says they should do and it would work. So I do not make it a habit of giving credit to anything he has to say, especially when it comes to the Cowboys.

B) I do not think any "bold" move needs to be made, I do not classify giving Dez, Murray, and RoMac new deals as bold. The entire team just needs to continue with the Process. BTW, I find it amusing how I hear players from other teams now refer to their teams' ways as "the process".

3rd) IF they were to aquire a veteran DB to play safety I would rather them give Champ Bailey a shot instead of trying to trade for Woodson. Champ already has said he be open to playing safety instead of CB for a team. This was reported a few days ago on NFL Network.
