They got disrespected.......bigtime.
The Cowboys acted like they could have sent the first team on vacation and still win. Tyron out? No big deal, we have this undrafted 2nd year player that exceed expectations. The fact that he made the team should have exceeded expectations. He played well.....compared to who? Tyron Smith? Please.
Maybe Dak plays, maybe he doesn't. It's the Broncos. What difference could it make?
Von Miller is traded. Automatic win for the Cowboys because we all know the Bronco's wouldn't have traded him unless they knew it would be hopeless for the rest of the season......because teams generally decide to tank their season at 4-4.
Broncos with a top ten defense and top 5 in takeaways. However, the Cowboys prolific offense, featuring a hobbled quarterback with his two favorite hobbled receivers ands protected by the replacement for a future Hall of Fame hobbled left tackle.......How could the Broncos stop that?
Teddy Bridgewater? How could he be a factor when he has to face the 28th ranked passing defense in the league? How could they even run the ball having to face that veteran, seasoned, rookies-dominated D-line. They've seen it all.....well, some of it.
If any NFL team feels disrespected enough, they can elevate their game to the point that they can beat you if you let them. And the Cowboys let them.
