Name your poison (pun intended).

Actually, I have been experimenting with barrel aging whiskeys in previously used cognac, rum or port barrels (mini-barrels).

Ok. I realize I actually provided a semi-serious answer.
I make wine and have made Port style wine too. :) Well, I haven't in two years, but that was because I was running out of space for all the bottles! (had around 30+ cases)

You're my new best friend! I have never tried making wine as in crushing, fermenting, etc. (although the chemical process is fairly simple and well understood), but have blended, aged and bottled wine. There is a lot more "art" than science to making good wine.

I was a school board custodian for close to 25 years. I took early retirement due to medical reasons. My marriage ended and I was forced back into the workforce. I am now a sanitation technician for a Cannabis Greenhouse company (legal in Canada)...I hate the job and the company. I spent a lot of time (years battling depression and anxiety issues)...the last couple weeks I feel my anxiety coming back...I am now looking for a new job. Nothing comes along soon I will likely quit. No job is worth having my anxiety come back full steam.

Life just sucks at times...

No, it isn't worth it. With the new year and new decade, time for a new start? Hang in there, my friend.

Thank you for your kind words. I have decided that since I know I will be leaving at some point that I will just call off when my anxiety is bad. I am close to having enough hours to qualify for short term sick leave which I plan on utilizing...

No job is worth the headaches that this clown show of employer puts on a daily basis...

Real Estate Appraiser since 1976. I have worked for myself the past 30 years except for a couple of years during the crash when I worked for the governement looking into appraisal fraud. That was different and interesting. Looking forward to cutting back. I will probably never retire. I cant imagine not working. My wife and kids and grandkids are too high maintenace. Got to keep the ATM full.

"Performance bonuses" being benchings?
Non-benchings and benchings. Sometimes, it's a bonus when you step over the line and they just delete it without getting a warning. Other times, a benching is like a badge of honor. One I get to ***** about to the mods. I consider those ***** sessions like a tip you give at a restaurant, except I'm giving it to the mods.

computer nerd...
Funny thing. When I was growing up. There was a circle of five friends. Only two of us where really into computers. One of them that wasn't called us Computer Nerds.

The two of us that were into computers are both IT leaders in our company. The one that called us Computer Nerds has spent most of his life in prison. hah

I'll take the term Computer Nerd all day every day.
