Did a little research ........I can't find any info regarding injuries to BOTH feet. He missed most of 2023 after surgery for a torn ligament in his right foot but he returned and played all of 2024 and 2025. I guess my question is, where is the injury to both feet coming from?

Love the kid....he has played defensive end, defensive tackle and nose tackle. For me....if his medical clearance checks out, I would gladly take him with 20.

Idc is an exaggeration, but getting five years on a rookie deal and moving on isn't the worst thing.

The issue is when they start holding out after 3. If I can get five years out of a guys prime and let someone else pay the second contract it could well work out.

The other thing is you have to get a player who comes in ready to compete. Hopefully they've already physically arrived and can contribute day one. Given this rosters needs in particular we cant wait for development.

The point is he had injury concerns in college and has had injury concerns in the pros.

I'm not totally against him but his age when it comes time to renegotiate is certainly a negative.

And while people talk about his readiness to play in the league because of his advanced age they fail to recognize his age being an advantage in college. He was a man playing against boys.

Yeah good point, like Brandon Weeden being 27 and picking on college kids. Lol

Im not all in on the guy, more of the mindset his age wouldn't stop me from taking him. There may be some contract fatigue influencing me though, after our last few deals.
