You sure about that? I've heard more than one talking head today state that we have no #2 receiver.

Hmm, going to a west coast offense and adding a small speed guy. A QB who isn't known for his prowess in anticipating & putting the ball on target downfield.
I was always curious why this was considered a good fit.
Don't get me wrong, I like Cooks and we did need to add some speed but we've not done much to help him. If the offense gets going the way it's designed to function, opportunities should develop.
