The last time we got our hopes up on a low round big fast physical cb was Pete Hunter and we know how that ended. I hope Brown works out but let's not get our hopes too high.

Yeah, he ended up winning a play-off game in Seattle.

Really, was Ralph saying he wanted to play CB such a sin?

I was never sold on Quinn anyway so not taking him did not bother me a bit.

That said though, we got the most value out of Quinn that he would have had for us. If we had taken him and Romo continued his very good play we would have never traded Quinn for an early first at draft time next year.

It really was a great deal, I think a no lose situation because of where it will probably put us next year.

I also think the odds that Romo becomes a great QB are much better than the odds that Quinn becomes a great QB.
