What improvements can we hope for from Jaylon and Vander Esch?

I’m expecting Jaylon to learn how to pick up a 7-10 split.

I feel they can be called one of the best lb cores, yearly, maybe as early as next year .

Nah, I don't think it's outrageous to call them that now. Just for me I hope to see a repeat of their 2018 performance for a second year, before calling them one of the best LB duos in the league.
Not saying I'm thinking 2018 was a fluke or anything, but just would like to see their play carry over/stay consistent once OC's review their game tape and try to exploit any weaknesses they see.
