OK, I dont agree with you, you do know this is a message board and some pople wont agree with your great wisdom of VY future completion% if you cant understand that then you might need a new hobby....Stop co-signing cowboy19

Your the one who took offense that my opinion is that he wont be a 60% passer.

you 3 can't quote right or something?

Yennor screwed up the first quote and it's screwed everyone else up after that.

And OMG, someone said VY might not be a 60% passer!

If you want to make smart remarks then we can go...But if you want to talk football then let me know.....The problem I have with you and the other guys assumption is this summer half of you were saying he wasnt going to be a good QB because of his throwing motion or some test he took at the combine. Now its he wont have a high QB %, so lets say he had T.O., TG, and Witten instead of those WR he has now, do you think he could have a 60%

either way, I'm gonna smack you like a ho...

So you take out your frustrations towards those people, on some completely different people that had nothing but good things to say about VY EXCEPT for his completion %?

You longhorn homers are all alike. Seriously.

I think his "normal" completion % will depend on how well he develops as a passer and what type of offense he plays in.

I don't think he'll ever be a pin point passer (ala Troy Aikman) but he could end up being a great QB.

If he ends up being a hall of famer, but has less then a 60% career completion % will you be upset?

Just FYI...

Bledsoe is a better pure passer then VY who was throwing to the people you mentioned...

His completion % this year is 53.3%.

Just food for thought.

Vince Young , Vince Young, Vince Young that guy is a winner. Some of those plays down the stretch were amazing. You can see he is the real deal and the Titans are on the way back up in a very short amount of time. He played those last drives like he was in the USC and Michgan games last season. He's the next generation Steve Mcnair, cant say enough about him.
im not buying it. he is not a winner, he is playing to keep his job. all he does is throw short passes and run. the giants also gave up. don't make the kid to be something he's not.

Titans record on the season 4-7.

3 of their wins are Giants, Commanders & Eagles.

Lost in VY's debut to Dallas. I don't care how good or bad he is, I'll take that and thank him all day long.

Looks like Jeff Fisher just might be the right man for the job after Parcells retires ;)

Note: I have never believed that Parcells will leave after this season.

He's a rookie. Ill give him credit for what he did today. Young QB's make alot of mistakes. YOu have to give him and Campbell credit for playing well today. Weather or not you like VY, the guy has always been doubted. No one gave him a chance to outpower USC, or to be able to do that against their D. He did it.

He's a football player. Period. You gotta think Chow and Co. Saw something in this guy if they passed up on Leinart, who Chow knew alot about. Well that may be the reason, but still.

Uh, did you even watch the game? Or at least the end of the game? Were all those huge chunks of yardage being gained from short passes? At least see the touchdown throws? He was throwing very good passes down the stretch a good distance across the field. He may not have good numbers, but the talent that surrounds him is sub par to say the least to go along with being a rookie. You don't have to crown his *** yet, but your snide remarks are a joke. He had an excellent game. Henry wasn't carving up the giants like he did the eagles plus they fell behind early due to turnovers, so it was all on him and the defense and they came through in the end.
