What is this team's roster building philosophy for the draft and FA?

With no accountability for failure at the top of this franchise, where is urgency to win? I know JJ is nearly 82 but based on his comments and actions so far this off-season, it’s “business as usual”. And in some ways that approach is understandable because it has certainly worked monetarily for the Jones family regardless of playoff results.

I used to defend Jerry.

I used to believe him and others when they talked about wanting to win.

But actions speak louder than words, and it’s clear that staying relevant is more important to Jerry/Stephen.

To be fair, that’s probably the case for all NFL owners. But at least other teams have a GM fighting for his career and making decisions based around winning a championship.

If the Cowboys' team was a boat, it'd be rudderless! It doesn't own a set guidance system. Poor management is the lone answer. Ouch!
