What is with the skins fan's Romo dink and dunk thing?

I live in the area so sometimes I'll listen to sports talk radio just to see what they're saying. Last week one of the hosts said that Campbell was better than Romo. This was right after we beat Chicago and the Commanders lost to the Giants while getting shut out in the second half at home.

Although many callers disagreed with her, almost as many agreed. Their argument was that the Cowboys had done a better job of adjusting to their system than the Commanders. I guess they didn't realize that we have a new offensive coordinator and head coach, while this is the second year the Commanders have been in their system.

They are the most blind homers in all of football fandom. They would rather chop off a finger than give credit to anything cowboys.

Tr1 is a pathetic joke. Even other skins fans don't respect him because he's just a fricken idiot. Everyone knows it except him.

Bubba is ridiculous too. At least he'll try to spin something and at least attempt to make an argument no matter how wrong he is. He would compare an 0-16 skins team to a 14-2 cowboys team and somehow declare the skins superior for whatever reason.

When it comes down too it, they are so envious of us it hurts. 8 NFC championships 5 Lombardi's. Two of their lombardi's came during strike years. HA. But they don't see anything wrong with that.

tr1 knows he's an idiot. He and bubba have a circle-jerk going on there, but it's just for entertainment. They don't really believe what they post; they just like the attention.

I got banned quickly at their ATN forum, but I have to say, there are some good Cowboys posters over there with a lot more patience than I've got. They represent the team and CZ (when inter-board discussions come up) well.

Romo "dinks and dunks", yet he has the second highest yards per attempt average in the league, behind only Tom Brady...

Romo "dinks and dunks", yet Jason Campbell adds a downfield threat that Mark Brunell did not (according to Skins fans)... and yet, Tony's YPA average is 9.9, Jason's is 7.4...

No "dink and dunker" who ever lived ever averaged 9.9 yards per attempt...

So, in short, you can't blame the whole ES fanbase for saying Romo dinks and dunks when it's only a few people. Every team has a few bad eggs and it's not fair to loop them all in as such.
