I dont want to hear from the fantasy football stat bois.

The excitement and improvisation is gone. He doesnt make big plays any more.

Is it coaching or another one of Jerry's kids that gets a huge contract and dials it in?

He told me last week he was saving a big, special play for after our next punt return. I guess he never got a chance to use it :(

Just because you say the opposite doesn't mean it's true. The OL performance has been better, per pretty much everyone.

Actually, one of you is right and one of you is wrong. You sir are correct. Our Oline is much better and is easily good enough for our QB to succeed.

And the award for the 100th mention on Romo's TD:INT ratio in this thread goes too......you :)

In 2011, Romo threw for 31TDs and 10INTs in three more games. He is at 27TDs and 7 INTs. Our defense was 16th in points and 14th in yards. Our offense still looked pathetic that year. We still ended up 8-8 and we clearly weren't as good as our stats supposedly say.

Well lets look at the numbers and compare Garrett calling the plays and Callahan calling the plays and see how Romo has preformed under both.

2011........31 TDs...........10 Ints.............102.5 QBR (Garrett calling plays for season)

2012.......28 TDs............19 Ints.............90.5 QBR (Garrett calling plays for season)

2013........27 TDs............7 Ints...............98.3 QBR (Callahan calling plays through 13 games.........still 3 games to go)

I really dont see where you are getting that we had a much more aggressive offense with "monster numbers" under Garrett than compared to Callahan. Romo still has 3 games to play and he is only 1 TD behind his season total from last year and only 4 TDs behind his season total from 2011. Romo also has significantly fewer intereceptions with just about the same number of touchdown passes and his QBR this year is better than last season and only 4 points behind his 2011 QBR.

Anybody that thinks Romo is the problem with this team needs to seriously learn the game.

And we are clearly more conservative offensively. And we are no longer among the worst, if not worst teams, in first-half scoring, meaning we are relying "less" on Romo bailing us out with a phenomenal November-December run to get into the play-off hunt. At least we have that benefit.
