I'm not talking about a complete dish like Chilli or some other spicy dish, but something you add to a dish that adds flavor and spicy. Like Tabasco, Jalapeños, red pepper, etc.

For me it's Frank's RedHot. (better known as buffalo sauce and where buffalo wings get their name)

I used to never eat spicy foods, then one day my brother talked me into trying buffalo wings. Once I tried one I couldn't stop eating them even though I was extremely uncomfortable and sweating like a pig.

Today I eat a few spicy things, but I limit them mainly to medium heat. I just don't see the point in eating extremely spicy things. Especially if you can get the flavor you like in something less than painful to eat.

I put one of these babies on a lot of what I eat.

I live in the middle of chile country and there's nothing like fresh green chile. Drape one over a steak, burgers, sandwiches, pizza .... we put it with our eggs, soups, casseroles ... just about anything.

There are a lot of brands, but my favorite types of hot sauces are made from habañeros, followed by jalapeños. I really don't like the chipotle sauces.

Our favorite Mexican joint has a homemade jalapeño salsa that they add habañeros to upon request. It is yummy.

There are not too many hot sauces that I don't like, but Crystal Xtra hot is my fave at the moment. Tabasco also a staple in my household...

Good on EVERYTHING. I use it on a bunch of dishes, and even use it as a marinade when smoking tri-tip. KILLER.

There is just about no point in eating oysters without Tobasco. They were made for each other.

+1. I put it on anything I can. Eggs, pizza, pork, Jasmine rice.
I'm like addicted to this stuff.

Never tried it but I love their slogan...I put that **** on everything :laugh2:

I'd have to vote for Tabasco sauce. Pretty much everything I ate in the military tasted like it. :laugh2:

Bacon.

The best flavor in the world. It is a food and a spice. It is the greatest. Add it to anything, it is better. Bacon rules.
