The operative word being realstic, I would:

Resign OG Cooper
Sign FA cornerback
Trade Romo for 3rd round pick

Draft DE, Cornerback, WR, DT and RT

There isn't any DE that will be that great on the edge so by pass rush I'm guessing you guys mean grabbing a 1 tech (that's where the FA talent is). Mario Addison is like the best guy and we won't be the only team bidding either. Lawrence and Irving are your week 1 starters at end more than likely. I'd get Collins a new running mate in the middle though.

We cant let go our defensive back all at once. We cn replace one,[who] I draft a CB and see who shows up in training camp.
Mo will resign on a low return deal.If he can stay healthy half the season maybe the rookie CB can step in the second half.
I like going for a stud 1tech also. MCollins can make a step forward this season.
There's some good DE;s through the third round.
WR

It's not rocket science folks. Re-sign most of our free agents and draft well. Trade Romo to Houston for JJ Watt or Jadeveon Clowney. Finish the fight.

Not in any particular order:

1. Draft or sign a pocket collapsing 1tech that is an upgrade.
2. Draft a cb that has the potential to be a shutdown corner
3. Draft a defensive end that can be a 10 sack guy by his second year.
4. Draft a replacement receiver for williams/butler.
5. Draft a corner that has the ability to be an above average starter.
6. Draft a tight end that can compete with Hanna and Swaim for the starting TE spot and cut Wooten,
7. Draft a top flight wideout that can replace Dez eventually.
8 Find Free's replacement in the draft.
9. Draft another running back who can carry the load if Zeke gets hurt. No change of pace back. A poor man's Zeke.
10. Draft a backup QB to develop behind Dak.

I don't think it is going to be possible to do all of these things but if we could do 5 of them it would be an acceptable draft. I think that is doable if we don't force a pick.

We only have 6 or 7 picks.? ;)

A fa cb. Resign Carr for around 5 mil maybe resign MO for 3 mil as a backup.
Fa lber.
Fa wr.

Want a fa DE but none are worth their cost most likely.

Draft mostly defense besides maybe a wr and te.
I don't think there any wr outside round 1 that better than what we have now. This draft is rich at DE,CB,TE and we could use all three in any order!

If we draft even 5 players with that big of an impact two years in a row than McClay should just forget about becoming a GM and go ahead and run for president

My wish list is to take a DE, CB, WR and TE in the upcoming draft. My priorities are listed in that order but not necessarily so in the draft.

If a pass rusher with obvious exceptional ability cannot be had by that means, then, by any means possible, find one...in vet FA included.

Re-sign most of our own FA. That way when we draft and potentially sign a FA on the open market it's to upgrade and we don't have to reach just to fill a hole.

Your list includes 4 pro bowlers. 4 starters. And 2 backups for qb and rb. And getting a rookie who is ready to be a backup to a 2nd year starter is unlikely as well.

If you get 2 quality starters out of draft you did well. Your list.... Even nailing just 5 of the 10 as you ask is pure fantasy.

Id like
Carr resigned ( never thought Id type that)
Draft another CB ( Love to find a shut down CB in this draft)
Draft a SS ( Respect Church but Im looking to upgrade) or someway somehow get Berry from Chiefs
Jaylon Smith to be 100% ( I said wish list)
Draft or sign a RDE
Draft a 1 Tech to go along side Collins ( Push that pocket in opposing QBs laps) it also allows General Lee Jaylon and Wilson to be tackling machines
Draft or sign another LDE for rotation with Irvin and Lawrence

Replace Lucky A.K.A "run sideways" Whitehead with a speed demon puint and kickoff returner
Draft another WR I think we can upgrade from T Will
Draft a TE (I think this is the Hall of Famers last season) would love for Rico to step up.
Take a chance in the late rounds on Mixon I'm done with Lance
Look a RT in the later rounds.
Hire a coach that handles game time management

What are some of your off season wish list

Who is Wilson?

1) Resign Claiborne - I know people will hate this given he can't stay healthy but he's got more talent than most FA CBs and he's certainly better than Carr IMO. So I take that risk assuming he's not expensive.

2) Resign Wilcox - He played steadily for us and he's a solid backup. He will probably also be cheap.

3) Resign Butler - Williams is going to be more expensive and frankly as much as I like him, I am not overpaying for him. Butler is a good 4th or 5th WR.

4) Irving is obviously back on tender.

Then in FA.........

1) Sign Mario Addison or Jabal Sheard for DE. I prefer Addison as I suspect he'll be a bit cheaper. Both have pass rush skills and can get after the QB.

2) Sign Tony Jefferson to replace Church. Jefferson is solid and a younger version of Church.

3) I'd look at someone like Dre Kirkpatrick although I am not sure how pricey he'd be.

4) I'd love to bring Stills in at WR but he's probably going to cost as much as Williams. If the Cowboys are willing to spend a lot on Williams then I'd rather they use that money on Stills. I'd look at a guy like Ginn or maybe even a reclamation project like Michael Floyd.

In summary:

Back - Claiborne, Wilcox, Butler, Irving
New - Addison/Sheard, Jefferson, Kirkpatrick, Stills/Ginn/Floyd

That's all? When they were doing the Big Dig in Boston they had a sign before you went through the Ted Williams Tunnel that said "Rome wasn't built in a day. If it was we would have hired their contractor." Remember it's a process.

"Realistic" goes out the window when folks banter on about "big-body" 1-technique DT's because Marinelli doesn't look for that type of player.

I am going to refine my realistic wish list. Obviously I'd like Berry or some other high priced guy but that's not us:

Back - Claiborne, Wilcox, Butler, Irving, McFadden, Cooper
New - Addison, Jefferson, Kirkpatrick, Floyd/Ginn

Draft (you said wishlist):

1st - Barnett, DE, UT or McKinley, DE, UCLA
2nd - Douglas, CB, WVU
3rd - Jones, DT, ND
4th - Cannon, WR, Baylor

Rough roster:

QB - Prescott, Moore
TB - Elliott, McFadden
TE - Witten, ?????
OT - Smith, Free (I know, I know), Green
OGs - Martin, Collins, Cooper
C - Frederick
WRs - Bryant, Floyd/Ginn, Beasley, Butler, Cannon

DEs - Addison, Mayowa, Irving, Lawrence, Tapper, Barnett/McKinley
DTs - Collins, Jones, Thornton, Crawford
LBs - Lee, Smith, Wilson, Hitchens
S - Jones, Jefferson, Wilcox, Heath
CB - Claiborne, Brown, Scandrick, Kirkpatrick (yes, I know) and Douglas
