What makes him irreplaceable in the eyes of those with that mindset? Are there people that really think Dak's skill and ability is SO high that he can't be replaced?

The answer is that there are no skills he has that are distinguishable. There is the chemistry and leadership some will cite. I’m not sure that’s proven to be worth anything as yet.

OP, why are you answering most of the responses except this one? I have said for 8 years Dak isn't all that but you keep throwing Flacco up as your example, why because of what happened today? Dak IS NOT irreplaceable and I have never seen anyone say he is, most just say he is the best option right now and Jerry overspent and took other options off the table. I think Dak can take us there I have seen Eli MAnning win 2 rings.....I think Dak can do it but I don't know if this team can. There are just some things you can't do if you want to win a ring and one of them is leading the league in penalties....that's not a SB winner.

But 20 points today vs Miami has made Dak irreplaceable

Because I'm not worried about career stats.

I asked what Dak is doing right now that sets him apart from Flacco and I get career stats threw up.

That's like me saying Flacco is better because he had the greatest playoff run for a QB (he did) in the history of the NFL as my reasoning.
