I think Dak can take us there I have seen Eli MAnning win 2 rings.....I think Dak can do it but I don't know if this team can. There are just some things you can't do if you want to win a ring and one of them is leading the league in penalties....that's not a SB winner.
Dak will never get us there. That's just a fact of life. :(

What makes one post something like this when he made play after play to get us a go ahead td against a 10-4 team on the road?
What makes Dak irreplaceable to you, Ken?

You're the perfect person to speak on this.

Educate us on why Dak is irreplaceable.

He's replaceable, and he's shown definitively that he isn't deserving of top money.

Sure he has stats of a top 10 qb but that's bc 1 he's very good against the nfce and 2 he's very good against bad teams.

He will never get the cowboys to the superbowl and likely will be the reason they don't get there bc his Contraxt will prohibit many other signings.

Go with Trey Lance, go with someone off the street, go with a draft pick - dak isn't going to get it done, he just isn't that guy
This. His contract, or future contract, will further hinder our FA approach. Dak better get used to running for his life if we can’t replace players due to his contract.

Take the emotions out of it. Look at it this way. Does anyone think the Vikings should resign Cousins for market value? 53-55 APY. Or would you want the Cowboys to sign Kirk Cousins at 53-55? If you wouldn’t want Cousins then you shouldn’t want Dak. Their careers and play mirror each other. Cousins is a good franchise QB who sucks in big games and the playoffs. Cousins puts up numbers in the regular season and folds in the playoffs.

A lot of talk about Flacco in this thread. Flacco has a Super Bowl win. Dak and Kirk do not.

The last time Dak set foot on the field today the Cowboys were winning after he led a 17 play do or die drive.

The defense blew it. So the solution is get rid of Dak.

Isn't that kind of like scratching your nose when your butt itches?

This dude quit on Dak so hard a few weeks ago that he's had to resort back to the "DURRRR FOR DAK" campaign to try and get back on the Dak fans good side lololol

When you don't flip flop and stand by your convictions 9 years in you don't have to resort to such low tactics.
I found it helpful to use the ignore button on the ignorant. I won’t see any more posts from him.

I always see "But if not Dak then who?" type of replies to basically anyone not happy with Dak as the QB for the Cowboys.

What makes him irreplaceable in the eyes of those with that mindset? Are there people that really think Dak's skill and ability is SO high that he can't be replaced?

What skill or talents sets him apart from say..... Joe Flacco off the couch?
He is a top NFL quarterback. If someone has the opinion that he’s not good enough it’s fair to ask who an alternative is. Dak Prescott is a very good quarterback in his prime. Few in the NFL are significantly better.

Why can't nobody explain to me what makes Dak so great though?

You think he's a top QB?

Tell me why.

Probably....but at least there is potential for a different outcome.

With dak there is no other possible outcome
Right. I’m at the point now that if a possible WC win is the best we can do then I’d rather roll the dice with Lance because Lance is younger, more physically gifted, and has a higher ceiling. If he gets things figured out then there’s a possibility for a different outcome. I’ve been watching this movie for 8 years. I know how it ends.

Maybe we could have found Purdy. Nothing wrong with churning the roster ... SF does it all the time. We're happy with who we have.

Well because you MOST likely end up with a Field's, Lawrence, Herbert, etc etc etc.

You literally have a qb playing as well as anyone in the league and this is the silly stuff we are talking about.

Heck yeah, I'd rather see a young hungry team with unknown potential vs what we are watching now

Romo's foot was step on by his own lineman when threw that pass otherwise thats a completion.
I mean we can make some excuses for all mistakes...he bobbled the snap because the football was "wet"...he still threw a pick lol.
