Both Romo and Dak have/had holes in their game that must be dealt w/. Problem is, Jerry is so bad at player evaluations he never took the steps required to get them there. Look at how good both looked w/ a consistent running game? D Murray w/ Romo and EZ w/ Dak. It doesn't take the exaggeration of what you're saying on O, but it does take a method to move the chains w/o throwing 30 yard passes. We don't do that.
And this year we will rely more on Dak more than ever.

Hard for me to imagine Dak ever beating 4 playoff teams in a row regardless of what team he played for or what coach.

The one outlier would be probably be if he played with a defense like that Von Miller and D. Ware defense that carried P. Manning that one year in the playoffs. Manning was throwing one hoppers on out routes in the playoffs he was so washed. I never seen a poorer Super Bowl played by a winning QB. Check the stats. It's ugly.

That would be the ONLY outlier type scenario in which Dak could win.

Due to being an incompetent GM, Jerry always builds his teams to be way too QB dependent. I mean, his QBs have to play hero ball to win.

I wouldn't be shocked at all if Dak wanted out. If I were him, I would.

PManning only did one thing good in that super bowl. He didn't turn the ball over. Cam did, and that's why they lost.

Looking back over the years he's had a decent O-line at times, had skilled players such as Zeke, Dez, Cooper, Witten, Cooks, Ferguson, Pollard, Gallup etc. With that said, and most of those guys gone/retired, what weapons do we need to put around Dak to help him get to the Superbowl. I realize that the defense has to be on point as well, but I'm focusing this post more from an offensive standpoint. Please give your thoughts.
A bus, so he can drive us there to watch.

65 mil a season might get him interested, but don't count on it.

He needs to go from smallest big game player to the biggest big game player

Good luck

What Dak didn't need is for this off-season to happen. We have yet to put the proper coaching in place for him on both sides of the ball, and to me, this is a bigger factor than people talk about. Dak has been gifted pretty much everything else needed based on his skill set and mental ability to perform at a high level

As a now seasoned vet he needs to be able to commandeer the offense when the coaches (MM) are asleep at the wheel. Romo was able to override some of Garretts BS towards the end of his career. It's something veteran qb's should be able to do.

Take off his no trade clause and trade him to Cincinnati for Burrow?
