Interesting pull, abersonc. He's been a bust for St. Louis, but I thought he was a good NT candidate coming out of college. He'd be some depth.

He's managed a fair # of tackles over the past few years. His problem is that he's a true nose tackle -- he's never going to put up the sacks etc. I don't see him as a bust so much as a guy who maybe got taken too high.

I don't care if they wait until the feeding frenzy stops or the draft, and I don't have a specific name picked out as my favorite, but just as long as they show me they are interested in solidifying right tackle I'll be happy. If they honestly think Pettiti will be just fine and there's no need to even attempt to bring anyone who could take his spot away from him because he was playing mediocre with help from a TE before Flozell went down ... then this is Pete Hunter starting at CB and Torrin Tucker starting at RT all over again. The RT position has been a catastrophe for 3 years running because Parcells has been using wishfull thinking instead of pragmatic thinking. Time to allocate some resources to it.

I think fans are freaking out way too much over the kicker situation.
