Clancy Brown and Bill Ginton in Shawshank. Whoever it was tomented Kevin Bacon in Murder in the First, Donald Sutherland as a warden in I forget which flick, James Gandolfini in The Castle, and at the top of the heap...

Strother Martin in Cool Hand Luke.

Throw in any Captain Bligh as well, from Charles Laughton to Anthony Hopkins.

You could add Eddie Albert in the Longest Yard to the evil warden list.

Billy had some of the best lines in that movie. He was killing me. Sam Rockwell is good at playing those offbeat type of characters.

Man that was a good movie.....now the book was better but still they did a great job on that and his character just stoled that movie IMO.

Oh and the other scene with the charater toots when they are doing the run through practice on the chair and he tells them what he wants for his last wishes lol.
