As an aside. I decided to pick all the hot peppers in the garden and make my deadly Caribbean Hot Relish to dab on whatever during the season.

Holy smokes bro. My eyes are watering from here. I wish I could handle hot food, still. :(

Along with the Ghost peppers, Habaneros, Scotch Bonnets, Red Cherry and Jalepenos I mix in a bunch of sweet peppers and a couple big cans of peaches and pineapple chunks as well. Oh and a cup and a half of sugar. Lots of other ingredients as well but it offsets the heat to an extent. Wish I could give you a jar Bro. It's tolerable. :laugh:

Queso dip, cheese enchilads with Carne guisada, rice, beans, homemade flour tortillas. Beer and margaritas.

My grandmother on my dad's side was the original cook at one of San Antonios most popular Mexican restaurants. Family knows the recipes. Trying to learn them but I get ran out the kitchen lol.
