Lol no I believe in them, I was just so mad at that we missing on everybody but I mean our offense has to be scoring and scoring in order to keep up with other teams cause our defense can't get a stop on can't rush the passer. Same story during Romo's whole career.

Our defense was middle of the pack last year with the offense not being able to get a sustained drive in many games. How many games last year was the defense holding us in it all game only for them to eventually lose out to attrition (the Pats game being the most obvious example)? We have a good offense last year we have a top 10 defense from which we only really lost Hardy (which honestly, considering how he played last year, isn't that huge of a loss, DLaw was the better DE and he was coming from the wrong side most of the time).

Edit: There were also the games like the Panthers game where the defense was keeping us in it with the offense (lead by a still obviously very hurt Romo) giving it away drive after drive.

Yeah we gotta get Lawrence to the right side, our left defensive end could come in the draft by Bosa. Think Bosa is a natural Strong side dend. Unless they trade or idk.

I am not ready to give up on Gregory, yea I know he's out 4 games and won't be quite himself for a few games after he is back, but this is still a guy with first round talent that many thought was the most complete DE in the draft last year. This is also an incredibly deep draft for DE help so there will no doubt be some players there on day 2 that could make an immediate impact.

Oh yeah if there is depth in a position it's a dlineman. I'm not done with Gregory either I really hope he turns it around cause next season we could be looking at what the steelers are dealing with, Bryant.

Anyway we could get a guy like Shaq Lawson caught with some weed lol? Wouldn't mind him slipping into the end of the first or day 2 lol.

Sure. Romo will have another career year and stay healthy. McFadden will gain 1,800 yds. Our defense will be at the top in creating turnovers.

You have deflected his question 3 times now. Perhaps I should try to ask you. Did you or did you not believe we weren't going to do much I'm 2014? It's really not hard, yes or no?

I thought we'd be average in 2014. We were what, 8-8 the 3 years before. I just said WHY we played so well in 2014. Romo had a career year. And Murray had a career year. Will Romo have a career non injury year, will McFadden gain 1,800 yds, and will our d be in the top 5 in turnovers this season? Answer that.

There's no way I can answer that, because i don't know. Nobody would have called in a million years that 2014 would turn out the way it did. Especially because things were looking so dismal during the off-season. So we cant rule it out from happening

I guess we can't rule out winning a superbowl either.

And we didn't need 21 d-linemen throughout the year...

From a probability standpoint you're right. However no i don't think we will win it this year. But hey you never know

As of right now, Arizona/Seattle/Carolina/and even GB are ahead of us. The first three have legitimate first tier defenses, with real blue chip talent up and down their defenses. They're all also more than capable of scoring on a defense like ours. Rodgers, on one foot, torched basically this same defense in 2014.

We played competitive against Seattle last year while Wilson was in a funk, then he turned it on and was probably an MVP candidate.

After the curb stomping by Carolina, I'm a little surprised we didn't do more to enhance the club around Tony. I'm hesitant to believe we'rd even favored in the East right now.

The lack of talent accrued in FA basically confirms the probability of a QB at 4 at approximately 0%, even if its Wentz.

Just some bad negotiating all around, imo.

I think if we are able to hit on our first 4 picks, as well as the continuity of our guys we already have and if Romo and dez are healthy then we will be around 10-6 to 11-5. Most likely win a wild card playoff game but lose in the divisional round. You're right a lot of those teams do have more blue chips than us
