I know you like him, BDC, but this guy is showing he's going to be a bust.Which (so far) means absolutely nothing.

I honestly hope he gets kicked off the league. But then again this is the NFL, employer of murderers, rapists, child and woman beaters, accessory to murders and sure some decent human beings maybe too.
Many fans still don't understand that the dismissal of allegations \ refusals to charge players in the court of law does not prevent the NFL from reviewing the circumstances surrounding the events - YET STILL RULE the players' behavior-conduct violated the league's policy -- thus the NFL can and will issue suspensions.Zeke wasn't charged and still got a 6 game suspension.
The wheels of justice are slow --particulary in murder cases when the crime was committed without witnesses and was not discovered until much time has passed.Has anything been done with this case so far? If he told the police who the shooter was, you would think there'd be charges by now ... unless there are conflicting statements.
In the lead up to the 2021 NFL Draft, everyone and their mother anticipated the Cowboys spending the tenth overall pick on a cornerback, with the bigger question being whether Jaycee Horn or Patrick Surtain II would be the newest player to wear the star on their helmet.
As it turns out, both of them were selected immediately before Dallas came on the clock, which led to the Micah Parsons selection. But the Cowboys found a cornerback with their next pick, taking Kentucky’s Kelvin Joseph in the second round.

Right. That's what I want to know. Is he going to get suspended and if so for how long and when. I'm really going to be angry if he gets suspended right before the season starts and we have to scramble to make it work. Or scenario 2 is we are in the middle of a playoff run and it's crunch time of the season and he gets suspended. I don't want to see him balling out in December then Roger Goodell suspends him and we're screwed. I feel it's sketchy he hasn't been suspended yet or there hasn't been anything from the league. What are they waiting on? The event happened early in the offseason so a decision should have been made. I'm hoping since he wasn't the shooter and he cooperated with the investigation then he won't be suspended but I don't trust the NFL FO to be fair with the Cowboys ever since the Zeke suspension. It seemed KJ was improving in his limited play at the end of the season.
He will be one of the more watched players in his progress during PS games. At least for me.
Just our luck as he looks to be a very good CB for the future going forward, the NFL FO office will hit him with a suspension the week before game one if not less time.

Why should the team wait until he’s suspended to make a move? Good front offices don’t use hope as a strategy. With a suspension hanging over a player’s head, seems to me it would make sense to be prepared ahead of time- not wait until it happens.Right. That's what I want to know.
