Fans never learn either....they keep coming back.
Yea. They keep hoping that something will change but nothing will. Just more of the same over and over again. It's like Groundhog Day without Bill Murray and the humor.

The easiest decision concerning RBs is let Zek go. It saves $4+million and he really doesn’t offer anything in his current state. Pollard is a harder decision - wouldn’t franchise him because $10 million is too much for a running back even if for one year. Maybe the market for RBs will be dry. Ideal situation would be to draft Robinson and run him into the ground without offering a 2nd contract but who knows if he will be there at 26

The Chiefs spent a 1st rounder on Clyde Edwards Helaire a few years ago and he has not shown much. They drafted Pacheco in the 7th round and already has proven to be the better player.

Zeke was such a terrible pick...and because they took him so high, they were going to extend him for sure. All that for only four years of worthy production. He needed to have a Derrick Henry-like career to justify everything they spent on him

The myth continues that somehow Derrick Henry had a mythical career and Zekes paled in comparison. Yet their career totals are identical.

The Elliot draft pick, #4 overall, was worth 1,800 points per the draft value chart. The Henry pick, #45 overall, was worth 450 points.
According the chart, that #4 overall pick was worth FOUR second round picks equivalent to the Henry pick.

Both good players.

Yo Yo Yo....softening em up don't come cheap.

You guys clearly don't understand football...its keeps defenses guessing when they have one RB they have to concern themselves with then we lull them into a deep relaxing sleep with Zeke.

I wish you guys understood football and toughness like I do... Pollard averages what 5+ yards over his career but you always overlook his bad game and focus on the 95% of his career. Lame. Think about how trash prime Tyron Smith, Zack Martin and Travis Frederick would have looked if not for Zeke hurdling guys ,

I know me some football...unlike all of you fantasy football players.

You pay OL, but never a rb. So many cheap options available that will be fine if you fix OG, C.

The other pick would have been Ramsey. Both players are now a shadow of their former selves.

Fifteen RB's were thousand yard rushers this season.

5 were 1st round picks
5 were 2nd round picks
5 were drafted in the 4th or 5th round.

6 of them were older than 25
3 of them were 25, including Pollard
6 of them were younger than 25

None of them were older than 29.

33 RB';s ran for 700 or more yards in 2022. Six of them were drafted in the 1st round and Zeke is the only one without a 1000+ yards.

On this list is three undrafted free agents. Two of them had more yards than Zeke and the 3rd was only 16 yards behind.

Zeke had one good year since he was extended. Horrible deal
Players want contracts based on what was done.......Fans want contracts to pay for what you will do. Fans don't want to hear "market value". Current example: TPollard injury.

You sound nuts my friend, there's no doubt of what he USED TO BE, you and other fans feel like these players never decline in play or something ESPECIALLY a running back?? Lol

He is not himself and he's making a lot of money not doing much, it's time to look elsewhere
