What will the Cowboys' RB room look like in 2023?

Pollard on a 1 year tag and 2 rooks next season. Season after that 2 2 year backs and 1 rook.

I'm out of the paying RBs business and that includes Pollard. I'm certainly not spending $10 million to tag him.

Spend your money on your line, WR, CB, and pass rushers. You can draft RBs in the mid-rounds, like Pollard.

Pollard is just such a unique and special player but if the Cowboys move on it is completely understandable.

With a QB like Dak I just like having a RB that can take it to the house from anywhere on the field.

Stephen Jones comment about Pollard being a “fans RB” really has me worried.

Football isn’t played in the stone age anymore. Pollard was our best RB the last 2 years and all this Zeke does these things you can’t measure was a bunch of BS to validate overpaying the guy.

We had a Christian McCaffrey clone in our backfield for 2 seasons and we would rarely use him.

Im terrified to think of what the Jones' have in store for our RBs. They'll probably keep status quo and pay Pollard his $11 million and reduce Zeke to "only" $3-4 million. How embarrassing would it be to trot out $15 million worth of running backs with a suspect Oline.

Likely Elliott because of two reasons: 1) hard to get away from that contract. He may take a pay cut or something but he is still on the books for big $$$. Personally I would cut him ASAP and free up the roster spot. I would bit the bullet on his contract. AND 2) he is an absolute favorite of Jerry Jones. When speaking of Elliott Jones acts like a doting old grandpa talking about his favorite grandson.

Likely Pollard because of his injury status. I know he had good numbers last season but hard to seeing teams ponying up big bucks for a guy coming off a serious injury...especially a RB. For many players at his position five years is about a career and he will be rehabbing his leg. I look for the Cowboys to offer him a nice contract (less than he would have gotten without the injury) just because they are the Cowboys. I hope it is only a 1 year deal and not 2 like they gave Gallup.

Likely a collection of very low round draft picks, UFA and FA who have been let go completely but their former NFL team(s). Something like they did last year at WR.

Everything you said but signing Pollard. I would sign another FA for around 3 million if needed. Davis needs to be gone.

Davis had a great preseasons but couldn’t get past the broken down Zeke bc well that was Joneses decision. David is explosive and elusive so cutting him makes no sense.
