Of course it would be the obvious robotic quotes about him "oh he's a great quarterback, he's been great for years, he's a leader, I like what I see in him, and we think he can get us a ring!" To Cowboys fans we don't see that necessarily, but we're not the coach that's being hired either. What do you think they honestly see in the QB they're forced to have lead their team?

Be honest, keep it clean! Please give your thoughts

He should say..."Man, we got problems all over the place."....that what a reasonable HC with decent eyesight should say.

For those that think and say no coach will come here to coach under Jerry, you are fooling yourself. Maybe it is another way to vent against him.

There are 32 HC position in the NFL. If one has the chance to take it, if it fits what they want to do. They will take it if offered. PERIOD.
None of this, well Jerry hired this guy, because the others would never work for him.
Another urban legend and myth.

Yeah, and one of the problems is hogging the pie.
We back to entering his pockets again.....sounds like a Pickpockets Union Rep. Every starting QB, outside of a rookie contract deal is being paid......and just like Dak's predecessor.
It is a half-hearted effort to simply dismiss the "All-In" claim and see nothing to help this team, improve this team, and the build on this team. That's what you have if you refuse to be distracted or attentive to a market value contract increased by Jerry dealing late or refusing to sign him. Blame the old man with money.

A new coach, I deal with what you give me, I make it work. I’m not the GM. I’m the head coach. That’s what he says.

What he thinks and what he says are polar opposites. If it is a hasbend coach he just be grateful to collect a few million dollars in salary. If he is innovative and highly wanted by other teams he may have the ability to have the contract written to where he actually has control. Be nice if that contract included the ability to control all personnel decisions and contol of the curtains in the stadium. :)

PS. It won't. I see a has been being the next coach. It's how Jerry rolls.

He would walk into situation where he has an established Qb. Not a rookie or inexperienced Qb that he will have to mold

It has to do alot about the roster and the coaches scheme

Case in point, Sean Payton wasn't compatible with Russell Wilson but since the split both coach and player have thrived separately.

Gonna have to find the right HC for Rayne Dakota.....since he's gonna be here a while longer

Honestly I don't care how much money he's stuffing in his pocket. The fact that he raked Jerry over the coals again is funny to me because I hate Jerry and it made all the people in here that were throwing a parade on the 8th of Sept look like fools...so that's fun.

But the question was about what a new coach would feel like coming in here with Dak. And from that perspective I would say there's a lot of holes to fill and a lot of problems to fix and one of those problems is taking up a large proportion of the pie that would be used to fix the problems.

The new coach won’t get hired if he does not have a plan for Dak. Some of you guys seem to not understand that Dak signed an extension in the offseason for $60 million annually for the next four seasons. The new coach is likely to be linked to Dak for his entire Cowboys tenure.
