Would you rather have a bad team. And then watch them win things they shouldn't.. would you rather have a great team. And watch them lose games they should win. Personally I'd rather suck and then win. So I don't get let down. Garrett should be gone yesterday. It all starts with coaching. You can make a bad player good. Are you can make a good player bad. So frustrated I could spit nails.

Not really much of a choice there. Neither sounds very good to me.

How far does the winning take you. If you're a bad team but luck up and get in the playoffs then beat a good team to get to the Super Bowl, I'd take that over being a great team expected to go to the Super Bowl then fall short.
This game is designed to have an ultimate winner. I don't care what people say about who is better or best theoretically. At the end of the season, the best team ALWAYS wins because the best is measured by who wins the last contest of the year. And I aint talking about the Pro Bowl. :)

At least with a bad team we have a chance to win in the draft!

I would rather have anything that gets the coach fired and the owner to sell the franchise.

I've said it before on numerous occasions, I'd be willing to lose every game for the rest of the season just for the assurance that Garrett is gone.
problem is it wouldn't guarantee a thing...if they lose every game there would be excuses as to why...injuries, hold outs, etc. JG would get another chance...

This is what always sucks for us.

Other teams, tank, clear house and cap, get premium draft picks and new coaching.

Meanwhile, we get stuck with Garrett and the purgatory of 8-8, 9-7.

It actually starts at the top . Garrett is a product of our dysfunctional organization.

No doubt we need greater coaching. Problem is coaching doesn’t appear a priority of the ownership.

Garrett should have never been hired.

But we’ve been stuck for 25 years. It didn’t begin with Garrett. And it wont end with him.

I'd rather Jerry Jones sell the team, preferably to an owner who won't appoint himself GM-for-life and hand all of his children high-level positions.
I’m hopeful his wife or children will sell once he’s 6 feet under.

You would rather root for a team that sucks? lol

Disappointment goes with the territory as a fan, as a coach, and as a player. I certainly understand the frustration, particularly since the Cowboys last great success was so far in the past, but if a person can't stand the risk of being disappointed, athletic competition is probably not the right focus for him.

Ask any fan around the NFL if they’d want Jerry as their owner & GM “ socks to jocks” control.

Right . It’s that 5th place trophy mentality this generation.

The key is setting expectations at a proper level based on recent history and current trends.

I enjoy football season, win or lose. Its just a game.

I don't understand.

I mean we win the preseason almost every year.

:lmao:
