1. Draft a left tackle in '10.
2. Draft a Nose tackle in '10
3. Run the football.
4. Stop the run.
5. Cover the opposing team's tight-end.

Then we can score with
1. Smash, Dash and tash
2. Rice and beans
3. a few catches to RW, PC, SH, MA

And not a thing you said legitimized your thug comment.

Burress is no different than many other high maintenance WRs. It goes along with the position.

Oh I don't need any of that to legitmize it.

His dumb *** might be spending time in jail because of it.

He may not even be allowed to play this year because of it.

I'm someone who doesn't believe we need a WR with the TE, RB and WR group we have to catch maybe 300 balls this year, considering we'll run more. BUT, if i was to consider one dark horse, if he's healthy, which i don't know if he is, it would be Dante Hall, but he's not signed so he's probably not healthy.
Me too, I think we are going to see Witten and Marty B both on the field more often than we will see 3 WR. The way this offense is built, we only need one great receiver, and I think we have that in Roy.

Amani Toomer.

The is a reason all the guys mentioned in this thread are available.

If Jerry decides to grab a WR before the season opener, better ones will be available after the final cuts.

I'm bullish on the team. Give me a million dollars to place on one team to win the NFC and placing it on the Cowboys.

With that said I wish we had one reserve OT I had confidence in and more speed at WR.
We need a smallish, super fast and quick WR. Someone to play in the slot and out wide.

If we stay relatively healthy and still fail, it'll probably be a lack of speed at WR that does us in.

Well if Jerry pulls his head out and trades for Roscoe then we'll have alot more speed on the field. Screens galore with him and Felix!!

Preaching to the choir... This team doesn't need another tall possession receiver(Plax).. We need a Fast, quick, sure handed field stretcher ala T.Glenn..

I wish we would have taken a hard look at Torry Holt.

Is Mike Furrey available? He is the only guy I'd look at.

You people can hate on Crayton all you want; he is still better than most of these busted *** names your are throwing out.

What is the Case Against Crayton? He dropped one pass against the Giants, and he talks a lot? Give me a break. Those descriptions apply to every WR in the league, especially TO and Plax. Such irrational hatred. I can see not loving the guy and not wanting his jersey. But actively hating him and wanting him gone? He is a solid player that provides value to the team.

I don't know who coined the phrase on here but it fits in this case: butt hurt.

Chronic butt hurt.

I don't worry about Crayton. You know exactly what you are getting with him. Dependable, decent production, not a playmaker. That Giants playoff game sticks out in people's minds because of the pain involved and honestly he did things in that game he doesn't normally do. Yet somehow its taken on a life of its own and is basically fit for an epitath for some people who just need to get over it.

I think Dallas will go with what we have, should a team heavy at the WR position release a decent WR in the final cuts then maybe Dallas makes a move. As for Burris, his problems have been both on and off the field. Coughlin has been forced to suspend Burris in recent times for showing up late and his additude on the team has stunk. Dallas is trying to move forward not backwards and getting Burris would make no sense he is head case

It may sound crazy (okay, it is crazy) but I'd like to bring in Brandon Marshall...

Plax obviously would be interesting if he wasn't such a drama queen and goof ball screw up.

I have no interest in Matt Jones. I really don't see how he upgrades over any of the guys we've already got.

Toomer I'd be interested in simply for leadership and the fact that I've always been a big fan of Toomer.

Devin Hester. Get him on a WR screen/open field and watch him work. Let alone the advatage of him on pr/kr.
