Oline needs to hold up and run block like they mean it.

Defense
Stop the run game or slow it down as much as possible. If we don't accomplish this it's game over. Do not get overly aggressive cause CMC is going to run right past them. Keep Purdy in the pocket

Offense
I dunno on this one. I would say establish the run game however that has been niners game plan the last two times. Shut down the run game and have Dak best them in zone. Pollard probably won't do much all game. Dak is gonna need to read zone defenses quick

Overall
Limit the dumb Penalties
No turnovers

Or just hope the niners have one of those games like every team has from time to time

I hope the plan isn't to have Kearse cover Kittle or it will be a long long night.

We have to play physical. They going to punch us in the mouth. What we going to do after that will decide the game.

Both teams will move the ball. Cowboys have to pay off red zone visits, and make SF kick field goals. To me that’s a bottom line. Turnovers could affect this but assuming both teams protect the ball, this will be the telling narrative.

It's all about defending the run.

If they can't shut down the run early then you might see Purdy throw the ball 18-20 times.

Purdy's QBR against man coverage is the best of all qb's I beleive...9ers YAC also tops the NFL I believe, and I worry about this part of our game. Haven't mention CM who is accounting for some crazy percentage of their yards on offense...lots to digest

To Win Sunday against the Niners we Must:
1. Not turn the ball over
2. Create turnovers
3. Tackle well
4. Have no more than 5 penalties
5. Have better than 55% success rate on 3rd downs
6. Have a 50% or better TD success rate in the "Red Zone"
Unfortunately, there is like a 10% chance all of these things happen.

I dont think we are going to get dog walked, but I am fairly confident we take an L...............would love to be wrong and eat crow, but I just dont see it.

Any updates on Tyron Smith's knee injury? They can really use him this game.

Only update I have heard is that he is questionable for the 49er game, but I would not hold my breath that he is going to play.

I guess we will know more when the official injury report comes out.

You’ll be able to tell during warmups.

If he starts doing that little dance of his it’s nerves.
That’s something I have sensed from him for a few years……nerves. Happy feet in the pocket and patting the ball not deciding where to go, throwing balls in the dirt and over heads…..u can just see it in him when the game looks really tight against a tough team (defense).

It is fairly simple. Keep CMC from getting 1st downs, and sneaking out of the backfield, Force Purdy to throw on 2nd and 3rd down which will allow the Cowboys to have some turnovers. Watch the screen passes for big gains, and get pressure with 4 lineman so we can Spy the screens and zone rushes.

On offense, if they get in the red zone, get 6 instead of 3. Don't give up stupid penalties and extend the field.

When was 49ers last home loss?

It seems like they have not lost at home in forever but I am probably forgetting some game.

Kittle, Deebo, CMC, and Aiyuk can kill you.

It starts with containing the running game of SF. The 49ers receivers can all block so the Cowboys have to be quicker to the hole.

The receivers can all run after the catch so they have to be sure tacklers.

And as other said, they have to get some pressure on Purdy.

Purdy always has a safe little pass underneath to get him out of trouble. The Cowboys have to take that away from him or he will nickel and dime them to death.

Cover Kittle.
