Fan since '76. What has changed, at least for me, is we have so many players come and go now year over year.
It all seems much more like a business now with everything being "disposable" in the endless quest for more and more gold. Including people. They are all disposable as well. I don't like that aspect of it. And I find it harder to really care as much as I did in the past because of it.
The NFL makes a ton of money, however. So I guess the vast majority are ok with it all.

Opposite. I employ the Parcells philosophy....with a dash of Denny Green. You gotta put in work for me. One year does not win me over.During the Romo years it always felt like fans were in defensive mode. Now with Dak/Zeke the chest is sticking out a little more. Morale seems to be up with the young guns around here.
