On the Menu:
Fajitas and Beef ribs...
Baked potato, ranch style beans (my favorite).
Several cold Shiners... it's a weekend, so I can have more than 2. hehe
Desert: ??

Then chase it down with a Jack Daniels bacon double cheeseburger w/ more fries.

Switch the ribs to pork ribs and you are set. PORK RIBS RULE

I am probably going to a sports bar to see it since the stupid local Fox station will have the friggin' Cardinals.

Therefore I will say chances are good it will be nachos.

I hear ya.... both are good.

Funny how folks prefer different stuff.


Where I grew up, everyone prefers beef ribs over pork and I'm talking about a town where everyone barbaques at least once a week, if not twice using mesquite wood, of course.

Growing up, my dad would barbaque pratically every friday and saturday.

I really didn't know pork ribs existed until I was in college.

Start off with chips and hot sauce, also hot queso with rotel tomatoes, maybe a little chili...

Move on to apple and pepper stuffed pork loin... makes good leftover sandwiches later...

Also, will have ranch style pinto beans and potatoes au gratin.

Dark beer throughout the day as well.
