My dislike for sour cream comes from my first job at a Mex fast food place where I had to fill up bottles of that crap by hand.

I always combine a potato and a sponge on draft day...

It don't taste real good, but it sure does soak up alot of gravey!

TGI Fridays at 11am. Parmesan crusted sicilian quesadillas for a snack. Then before we draft a full rack of Jack Daniels baby back ribs. Head home after several hours and several TGIs ULTIMATE MARGARITAS and watch the rest of the draft. Maybe about 9pm throw a ribeye on the grill. Lots good food that day!!
