I saw "Live" about six months ago at the Hard Rock Cafe in Houston and they put on a great show. Ed still has his chops big time.

Rush.

I saw them on the first leg of their Snakes & Arrows tour in August of 2007 in Dallas.

I have seen Rush live over 18 times since 1979 and they are as good now as they have ever been.

I used to like Rush. Then in the early to mid 2000s every 3rd song played on the radio was Rush and now I want to puke everytime I hear their music.

Saw them 2nd row center about 5 years ago and it was incredible. Alex threw his pick to me but I missed it and it fell under some boards. I was so pissed.

At the Hard Rock Cafe or the House of Blues? I saw them in Houston at the HoB several months ago.

House of Blues... Where were you? We started on the floor but ended up sitting because my g/f's friend was pregnant.

Billy Joel in Hershey, PA. He's older and can't move around the stage but the guy still has a phenomenal voice.

Metallica during their St. Anger tour in Texas Stadium.

Horrible acoustics in that place for a concert btw. Hope Cowboys stadium is better.

Journey in 2005(Great show!) and my GF dragged me to Cher a couple weeks later(she paid like $120 per:banghead: ) good show though.

Taking my 10 year old son to his first concert on the 4th of Sept. REO Speedwagon/ 38 Special/ STYX are giving a 4 hour show in Bismarck N.Dakota. 40 bucks to get in so it's not bad.

I've seen hardest of the hard Danzig, Slayer, Metallica, Pantera, Ozzy ...

but one of the best concerts I ever went to was REO Speedwagon, Orleans, Pat Benatar, and Fleetwood Mac at the Starplex. Awsome show, awsome.

I saw Alice Cooper on Thursday. I see Sevendust on Friday and David Cook on the 29th.

As for ZZ Top and Aerosmith -- ROCK ON -- I am JEALOUS! I have seen them both and neither of them disappoint when it comes to a LIVE show. I love classic rock music and Aerosmith is still one of my favorite bands. Any word on how Steven Tyler is healing from his fall?

The night after his fall in Sturgis I was at a meeting for school and Joe Perry was literally TWO blocks away from me being interviewed on the classic rock station. I didn't find out until Friday afternoon that he was here and I just wanted to die when I got the news. I have had a crush on the man since I was 11. That's 19 years since I am soon to be 30. I was crushed. :(

Weird, huh. Between ACL ($185 a piece for 3-day tickets) and Cowboys season tickets, I think I've exhausted my "ticket budget" for the year.

Hope it cools down for ACL in October. I'm feeling too old to do the all day events in the heat.
