I always liked the Childs Play series before it got stupid. If you listen to them with some good quality headphones it's even scarier.

You just can't let that go can you? :laugh2:

Scary movie 1 was good but maybe 2 was better 3 and 4 wasn't bad but could have been better.

I don't think anyone noticed this. But I know what you're saying.

No love for The Fog?

Someone mentioned it early on Cliff.

I agree. Great film, the original and not the remake.

Using John Houseman at the beginning to tell the ghost story was a brilliant touch.

My least favorite genre of films. I guess I'd have to say "Silence of the Lambs" though.

Hmmm...Don't think I'd place that movie in this catagory.

For me this is easy.

Halloween

And I mean the original, quality, version and not that BS crap that moron put out as a remake.

Before it got stupid?

No offense but when exactly was it not stupid? :)

Well the premise is stupid, sure. I've always liked killer doll movies though and when I was young they were the creepiest of them all. To me, there really aren't many 'scary' movies. There are just disturbing movies and creepy movies.
