When does Garrett have to be accountable?

Last year was actually the worst thing that could have happened. We got screwed out of a chance at the SB, and it made Garrett look like a good coach, when it's not hard to rely on your #1 RB and QB to carry the team. Garrett is BARELY a .500 coach. Those 8-8 years would have been losing seasons if it weren't for Romo.
