Different position.I watched the All 22 of him. He wasn’t Aaron Donald but he looked like an upgrade to me.

Aaron Donald is a UT, Hankins is a NT. Completely different positions.Yeah was not expecting Aaron Donald, since there is only 1 in the league and see no one on any team matching his production.

Different position.
This is why Trysten Hill was waived:
Trysten can't stop the run like this. Between him and Big Bo I'm confident they can stop the run.
Hankins is about to get deeper into Dan Quinn's playbook during the bye week and be good to go for the home stretch of the season.
And my comment was pointing out that they are not anywhere near the same position. Polar opposite players. It would be like saying that Zach Martin is not Tony Pollard.I understand that my comment was responding to the fact Hankins was not Donald. For the record Donald is lined up all over the DL
It's so hard to get this across to people who don't comprehend what a NT does, and the effects of having one who can collapse the pocket. The play at the 11 second mark is a perfect example of what Hankins can do for the LBs. He takes on the OL double team and doesn't allow one of them to get to Micah who is playing off ball LB in that play. That allows Micah to run free to make a play on the RB.
