When will we go through "growing pains" of grooming a young QB and eat a season?

I 100% agree. Ive always thought this Bledsoe thing is just a complete waste of freaking time. We know he will NEVER win us a superbowl. Maybe a playoff game or 2. YIPPEE !!! And then when he leaves where are we ? We are going to be left holding our collective scrotums when parcells leaves and we dont have a young QB ready. God help us if its not Tony Romo.

We have to do it eventually.... we are 10+ years of nothing so far...

The Steelers, Bengals Jaguars and Eagles did it and it absolutely did help.

The Texans and Lions have been doing it for years, and it doesn't seem to have helped.
