He is a $4 million CAP hit on this years ledger if cut before June 1st. If we wait till June 2nd, it is split over two seasons, $2 million this year, $2 million next. That has to be considered.

Newman is a 4 million cap SAVINGS if cut before June 1 if he is designated a June 1 cut he is a 6 million dollar savings
