When will you be in Football Mode?

Not quite. My stance is that if everything went right this offseason and next offseason that we could see our window begin then. But Im not saying its likely. They made a lot of headway moving on from bad contracts THIS year that made that possible. Has to continue with zeke next year.
 
this is about as near as uninerested as i have been in the dallas cowboys in a long time jerry and clown son have pretty much sucked most of the life out of my interest in the cowboys they are thirty year failures and i dont see that changing any time soon
 
Personally I like when camp gets revved up. I like hearing about who is looking good. I like the surprise cuts. I like the potential to add a vet or 2 that were camp casualties elsewhere. I love following the rookies. I think Smith’s progress will be critical because LT might become a BIG need.

Dont pay attention until the kick off of the regular season.
I dont like camp.
The only news is usally some player getting a serious injury:(:mad:

Yeah...it’s hard. I dislike Jerry but Stephen is a whole other level of dislike for me. I can’t stand his arrogance.

It's a gradual buildup.
0 - 5% this week as TC begins in Oxnard
5 -20% as TC progresses
20-30% when HOF game is played & aired on TV
30 - 45% When1st weekend of preseason games arrive
45 - 60% as preseason progresses
60 - 65 % as high school gets going (metro Atlanta + state of GA)
65 - 75% - first weekend of college football
75 - 90% - Labor Day weekend - college football in full effect
90 - 100% Sept 8th - NFL Kickoff Game

I'm getting in football mode now. TC is starting and optimism is starting with me. This is the best time of the year for Cowboys fans. We can have hope until our souls are crushed with reality.

This is my favorite time of the year...training camp is like Christmas for many football fans.

Finally get to find out about young players.
 
I like football....period. I’ve been a Cowboy fan since the beginning and will be till the end...many highs and lows but it’s never dictated my mood like it appears it does others.
I like football.
I get into it at start of training camp....as I get older and slow down a bit doing things, I find myself more into it....

I wish all of us hardcore fans could share a beer together, some good BBQ, that would make my season before it ever even started.
There is a lot to actually be excited about on this current roster, this is going to be one of the fastest camps we have experienced in years.

Yes, this is an exciting year.

I could understand fan negativity after 2020, but not now.
 
First PS game for me. Don’t care about the vets but love to see the new hope.
 
Can't wait for that Hall of Fame Game. Are we in the Hall of Fame Game this year?
