I wasn't impressed. There was no decisive blow out. There was no digging in of the heels. We mostly just took what Carolina gave us, and because it wasn't that much, we got a little lucky. We really should have lost the game, too. Julius Peppers and a bogus call were the difference makers.

We beat a 10-4 team on the road, and rushed for almost 200 yards doing it against the number 4 ranked rush defense.

Keep being not-impressed. We're all right there with ya.

Honest.

Parcells has this team close. JJ nearly got 200 yards against the #4 ranked run defense. JJ will be much harder to stop next year with a better OL.

Parcells has really improved the defense. Yeah I would love it we can get Capers here to run the D. But Parcells has brought super talent to the D. We have Super Bowl talent on our defense no questions there.

Now this off season is the year where BP can fix more problems on offense. Like the OL and maybe with some luck adding Terell Owens to give us that player on offense that will open things up even more for Bledsoe and the others on offense.

To many peeps in here have quit way to early on BP.

Give the man this off season and then we will see. But I think this team is headed for greatness. I hope BP extends his contract so HE will get all the credit for when we win our next Super Bowls.

We have played some very good teams very close.

We will win #6 next season. Then all you hatin on BP will love the man.

would people stop pointing to youth as the reason for the Cowboys struggles this year.

That's true, the 1991 Cowboys were younger, won 11 and made the playoffs and won a playoff game, right Roshi? :laugh2:

Definitely not forgetting those coaching performances by any means. If you wanna give BP all the credit for those games you certainly have to give him all the blame in the Oakland, both Skins games and the Giants game when his playcalling directly effected the outcome of those games.

I'm no BP hater, but certainly not ready to jump on any BP bandwagon either. He's still a very copnservative playcaller and that costs this team, we allow teams to hang around and with a young defense we have seen the results of allowing teasm to hang around in the 4th quarter.

but think for a minute, despite his flaws, BP has some great positives, just like any coach, no coach is perfect

I think it is a gross misconception of people that crticize Mr Parcells that they hate him or would like to see him fired. A few may want him fired but I would dare say the percentage of those is very minute.

We have very passionate fans on this forum with many different ideas.....careful.... don't be so quick too judge.

Good criticism has never been harmful to anyone.

Dead on there Mr Cbz. People are confusing criticism with wanting him fired.
