No doubt that they have been better in the last month.

Just saying that to beat a team like the Saints will take their best effort. No false starts on 1st and goal from the one foot line.Maybe I should have said they need to avoid penalties at inoppurtune times.Anyway lets just hope that they show up and play a competitve game.

I agree, we have to play good, smart football if we are to pull out the win. I also think there will be a big moment late in the game where we must make a big play and we must capitalize on that. Last couple of game at key moments we have failed to come up with that play that changes a game. Last week I felt that moment was with a little less than 8 min to go with SD looking at long yardage situations and we failed to make the plays to stop them.

When watching most games there will be key moments that the game hinges on be it offense or defense and when facing those situations the Cowboys must step up and make them

I'm sure it will be a madhouse.I wouldn't be the least bit surprised to see 3-4 false starts.

They are going to have to reach out and seize the moment this week.If they don't take the game from the Saints the Saints will gladly take it from us.

Saints score quickly.Have all the refs calls.Have the best or 2nd best QB in the NFL with surgeon like precision.Defense creates turnovers. They are gonna blitz Romo all night.Sean payton knows him.Saints have had close games because they are in sleep mode lately.Saturday night they wont be sleeping against us.A crushing of epic proportions is coming boys.

Don't they have some d linemen that are out? Seemed like at least one limped off the field Sunday.

Nope. The defensive line is at full strength at last word.

If there is any game we should spread the field...it's this one.

Having said that...we won't.

Is it even in Garrett's playbook.

I agree. Plus they are home. The close games they have played have all been on the road. At home they dominate.

Why people don't see this is beyond me.

Because it is not true? Both Carolina and Alt played in NO and these were not blow out games. Carolina had the lead for much of the game the big turning point was when Carolina fumbled by their own goal line and NO walked it in for a TD.

Saints are a good team no one has questioned that but yes even at homes not all of their games have been cake walks. Watch the games sometimes

The last Atlanta game was a road game. The first one they were up 28-14 at half time. So yes it got close down the stretch. I can't catch every game on NFL ticket.

Yes they were down the first half of Carolina game. But they still won the Carolina game by 10 points. And Carolina did not have the lead most of the game. NO was down by 17-6 at the half and scored 14 points in the third quarter to tie the game up.

Sound like someone else needs to watch the games too.

Another point to make out is even when NO is down at the half they seem to make great half time adjustments and get the edge in the second half. I'm not going to pull out second half stats because I have better things to do. But they seem to adjust very well after halftime. Dallas does not.

I'm not talking about the last game vs Alt I'm talking about ALt playing in NO, They were not blowout they were not dominated in NO you made the claim that no one will listen because of how NO dominated and the fact is it is not true, Alt and Car both played in NO neither game was a blow out and that is the pure and simple fact like it or not. In the Carolina game the score at half was 17 to 6 at the end of 3 qrt it was 20 to 20, NO then took a 23 to 20 lead and Carolina got the ball and fumbled by their own goal line where NO picked up the ball and went in for the TD. I don't know about you but that is not a dominate blowout by NO

Getting into a shoot out with NO is a mistake. Our Offense is too inconsistent to expect 30+ production and our D would be too tired esp. without Ware.

With that said, I actually proposed a more ball controlled passing attack (rather than power run offense) and a lot of draws which we are better at then running straight ahead. Their secondary can be exploited.

We need to control the clock and keep NO offense OFF the field. Score TD and not FGs.

you guys are crazy.

Just listen to those saints fans. They have no weaknesses. greatest team ever.

No one in the history of the league could beat this team. they play in that stacked nfc south and have a long history of playoff success.....just look at the group that is there now....winners across the board. All of them, super bowl winners, they know all about championships.

We should just thank the league this week that we get to share a field with such nfl royalty.

If the cowboys were 13-0 you'd feel the same way. I'm pretty sure you felt the same way after our 13-3 season with 13 probowlers. Let them have their moment no need to hate.

Here is the formula to beat the Saints.

1. When we are on offense, you have to have your play called on your offense lined up early. A lot of times, Romo is trying to get guys lined up correctly, the right guy in motion, etc. all while the play clock is ticking. Know what you want to run, know your checkdown play.

2. Wait for the blitzing safety to reveal himself. They love to blitz Roman Harper, their strong safety. Why? Because he can't cover. He makes Roy31 look like Champ Bailey. Quick hot reads to your all world TE Jason Witten will negate their blitz. Witten should have a big game if used properly. Two of their starting LB's used to be Dallas backups, exploit them.

3. Control the clock and play smart defense. The Saints know that their defense is not very good, they almost always play with a lead. On defense, control the middle of the field. Bobby Carpenter needs to be man on man with Shockley. And he needs to be physical and make plays on the ball.

4. Push the middle of their pocket. Brees is a short QB, but he struggles when he is throwing going backward. Jay Ratliff has to win the battle and put quick pressure on Brees. He likes to stay in his spot. Make him move backward, he will throw it up and deep. CB's and safeties have to not panic. If you get pressure on him, his WR's will run downfield.

I live in Louisiana and I know these guys like a book. If we get a lead and pound the rock, they will fold. If Miami had a QB, they had the game won. Washington should have beat them and Atlanta made one bad play that kept them from winning.

yeah, cause they have folded this year. The Saints have been down in plenty of games. But, they have outscored opponents by an ungodly amount of points in the 4th qtr this year. THEY DON'T FOLD or PANIC.

That is true but they have been handed some gifts as of late as well. Washington had them dead to rights with a 7 point lead and the ball down inside the Saints 5 yard line with a great chance of going up by 2 scores with little time left yet blew the easy score. I hand it to the Saints though they were given a gift and made the most out of it by putting up 7 to tie the game and send it into overtime.

I'm very excited about this one. Primetime, Romo feels he has to perform, the D feels they have to perform, Folk the same, Barber the same, Jones the same, Garrett, Wade.

Now our backs are against the wall and I feel like Garrett and Wade need to break the "only incase of emergency" glass.

We should be very entertained Sat night.
